Associate Researcher / Assistant Researcher
Position Description:
1. Independently carry out research work under the guidance of the research group leader;
2. Independently or assist in applying for fund projects at all levels;
3. Coordinate the cooperation with other research and clinical institutions, and assist the research group leader in laboratory management;
4. Assisted in guiding the research work of laboratory postdocs and research assistants.
Required Qualifications:
1.Doctor degree achieved. You should have a high academic level and strong research ability, and have published high-level research papers as the first author or corresponding author;
2.Have a research background in one of the following fields and are committed to related research: 1) Genomics/Epigenomics; 2) Optical/living cell imaging; 3) Biomechanics; 4) Structural biology/biophysics; 5) Synthetic biology, etc.
3.Strong writing and communication skills in Chinese and English;
4. Good team spirit, sense of responsibility, good communication and learning ability.
What we offer:
1. We will offer a competitive remuneration package in the biomedical field in China (including Shenzhen). The specific remuneration will be negotiable according to the qualifications and achievements of the candidates.The basic treatment includes the related welfare and five social insurance and one housing fund stipulated by the state. Postdoc
Position Description:
1. Carry out research work under the guidance of the research group leader, and welcome outstanding doctoral students to bring their own projects to join the research group for cooperation;
2. Assist in the application of National Natural Science Foundation of China and provincial and municipal projects, or apply for postdoctoral scientific funds as the person in charge.
Required Qualifications:
1. Have or will have a doctorate in biology, medicine, bioinformatics or biomechanics at home or abroad;
2. Strong interest in scientific research, good English literature reading and writing ability;
3. Have published or will publish research papers in mainstream journals, and have the ability to carry out scientific research independently;
4. Excellent academic ethics and professional ethics, good communication skills and team spirit, industrious, honest and self-motivated.
What we offer:
1. The annual salary shall not be less than 300,000 yuan (including annual subsidy of 180,000 yuan from Shenzhen), and the specific salary shall be negotiable according to the applicant's experience and achievements;
2. The basic benefits include related benefits and five social insurance and one housing fund as stipulated by the state. The registered residence and children's enrollment in kindergarten/school shall be implemented in accordance with relevant regulations of Shenzhen Bay Laboratory;

Those who stay in Shenzhen for more than 3 years of scientific research after leaving the station can be identified as Shenzhen reserve talents and receive 1.6 million housing subsidies from Shenzhen.

Research Assistant
Position Description:
1. Complete the scientific research work assigned by the laboratory and meet the working standards of the laboratory;
2. Daily management and maintenance of the laboratory, including ordering and management of laboratory reagents and consumables, maintenance and overhaul of experimental instruments, etc.
Required Qualifications:
1. Master degree or above in biology, chemistry, medicine, pharmacy, etc. Good knowledge of molecular biology and cell biology is preferred;
2. Experience in laboratory research and good English proficiency is preferred;
3. Strong experimental operation/management ability, independent thinking and problem solving ability, good team spirit and communication skills.
